I'm Momo Miyaguchi.
An artist and movement and voice coach living in the countryside of Central Brittany, France. Through the Taika Method, I help you harmonize your body and voice to resonate with joy and confidence. Whether you're a singer, performer, artist or simply someone wanting to improve their mobility and expression, my holistic approach allows you to connect with your inner song and creativity.
What is the Taika Method?
Taika means the song of the body in Japanese.
It is our aligned body and voice resonating with joy.
It is our unique frequency ringing out into the world.
It is the incarnated story of our soul.
The Taika Method was born of my experiences as a performer, yoga instructor and vocal coach. It is a pluridisciplinary, holistic approach to health and creativity and englobes a constellation of tools and practices channeled into 4 branches:
- Holistic Body
- Unique Vocale Signature
- Grounded-in-nature Practices
- Art ‘n’ Soul Practices
The Taika Method allows us to access the NOW, the present moment, and BE connected with the world around and within us.
